Terms of Service

1. The service

winAinvest lets you hold a balance in USDT, fund it and withdraw it in cryptocurrency, open daily-yield plans and, when these features are open, follow and trade assets and take part in predictions. Some features may be limited depending on your country or your verification level.

2. Who can use winAinvest

• you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract;
• you do not live in a country where the service is restricted;
• you open only one account, in your own name, with accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Your account and its security

You are responsible for keeping your password, transaction PIN and authentication codes confidential. Any transaction confirmed with your PIN is deemed to be made by you. Tell us immediately at support@winainvest.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, OxaPay. Before you confirm a withdrawal, you see the network, the fees and the applicable minimum.

Blockchain transfers are irreversible: always check the address and the network, because funds sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered. A new withdrawal address can be used only 24 hours after it is added, and limits apply depending on your verification level.

5. Daily-yield plans

A plan can be opened from 100 USDT. The displayed daily rate, currently 0.12% per day, is a target and not a guarantee; it may change with notice. Earnings are credited every day at 00:00 UTC to your Earnings balance and can be withdrawn at any time.

The capital of a flexible plan can be taken out at any time, free of charge. A fixed-term plan may carry an early-exit fee, shown before you subscribe.

6. Risks

Cryptocurrencies and financial assets are volatile. The value of your holdings can fall and you can lose some or all of the money you invest. Target or past returns are not a guide to future returns. Only invest what you can afford to lose. winAinvest does not provide investment advice.

7. Fees

Applicable fees (network fees, withdrawal fees, trading or early-exit fees) are shown before you confirm the transaction concerned.

8. Prohibited use

• using the service to launder money, finance illegal activity or evade sanctions;
• opening several accounts or using someone else’s account;
• providing false information or false documents;
• attempting to disrupt the platform or get around its security.

9. Verification and account restrictions

We may ask you to verify your identity and the source of your funds, and we may limit, suspend or close an account if we suspect fraud, if these terms are breached or when the law requires it. Unless the law forbids it, we will tell you and let you recover the funds that are yours.

10. Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by market movements, by an address or network error on your side, or by events beyond our control.

11. Changes and closing your account

We may change these terms; if we make an important change, we will tell you in advance by email or in the app. You can close your account at any time after withdrawing your funds.
